So, another leak, again anyone help?

So leak again, can anyone help me find out where it is this time..? It's under the engine I know that much, it looks like it's dripping out of this cord thing, it's right above my front right strut bottom. Drips down what looks like a cord or coming out of this snipped looking cord.

Anyways take a look at these pics, I'm taking it back to the guy AGAIN to get the leak fixed but I want to know incase he trys to say it's something else.

Anyway here are the pictures, 2.5i 07 Legacy.

It's literally like closer to the middle, left of the engine looking at the engine, 3 quarters of the way left and in the middle, also, just another idea.

Better look, it's right above this bolt, just right infront of the bolt.
