Bad Chariot
I bought a Subaru 7yr 100k B2B warranty with my car and I was told I need new struts. Is that something normally covered under a B2B warranty? I have 78k miles now.
xero287
Wait, who were you told you needed struts by? The dealer? If so, they would have given you a price to RR the struts or if your warranty covered it.
Bad Chariot
I got my oil change at a local tire chain place that has been working on my cars for years. During the car inspection they said the right front was showing signs of leaking. They said I could go another 6 mths or so but its something I need to address. They quoted me about a grand for the work. I am not even sure if that was the fronts or all 4. I have never replaced them before in any car I owned. ragman
I believe the answer to your question is No. Struts are considered to be wear part.

Bad Chariot
Well much to my surprise I called the dealer and the fronts only ARE covered, the rears are not so I have an apptmt to get it fixed. I have the "gold" warranty which is the better one so there is only the $100 deductible. I'll take it! Thanks for the people who contributed.
