roywhite
Does anyone know if the mirror switch has an instrument bulb in it? I know that it has one that comes on when you push the heater button, I'm asking about one that comes on when the lights are on.
I Donated broknindarkagain Posted April 28, 2011 I Donated Share Posted April 28, 2011 Out of the 3 Legacys I've had, not one of them lit up. Maybe all 3 had a blown bulb??? lol I assume you're talking about the power mirror controls. No, I don't think there is a light in it. -broknindarkagain My Current Project - Click Here COME AND TAKE IT "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." roywhite
Thanks broknindarkagain, Since I posted I have removed the switch and after careful inspection, I agree with you. However I intend to install some kind of illumination for the mirror control. I will document the process carefully with pics and step by step in case anyone else has sometimers like me and can't remember where controls are. I Donated broknindarkagain Posted April 30, 2011 I Donated Share Posted April 30, 2011 I'm interested to see what you come up with. But I have to ask....why so much work for something so minor? -broknindarkagain My Current Project - Click Here COME AND TAKE IT "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." roywhite
I'm interested to see what you come up with. But I have to ask....why so much work for something so minor? Perfectionist. Even to the point of correcting a feature that should have been but wasn't. Does that make sense. P.S. excuse the lag. weather problems here in ole mississippi
krash
LoL. Feature that should have been there? I kind of think it's the other way around But I guess I am an old school simpleton when it comes to car features..
