How about:

ADR Flite_5 5x100 / 5x114.3 / 17 x 7 / 42mm

I know I know, dual lug pattern..

I have a set of these and they just BARELY fit my Impreza... The LGT has a bit more room. I'm thinking these should look real nice on a dark gray LGT. We'll know next week.

Bumping this awesome thread with a question or two of my own. I picked up a set of SSR Comps in 17x8.5, +48. I plan upgrade to a BBK in the future, hence the wider wheel. Right now the car ('08 spec B) is completely stock.

So I'm trying to decide between the BS Potenza S-04 Pole Position and the Conti DW, both in 245/40. Is anyone familiar with the S-04 PPs, or the DW in this size? The Michelin PSS likely the best option, but it seems pricey for that extra bit of performance, and I've got a set of R-compounds to soothe that urge anyway

Also, I'm assuming a light roll on the rear fenders is probably in my future? Any thoughts or feedback would be appreciated.

-SB-;2506026']Hi everyone!

Hope this is the right topic to ask:

I have Subaru Legacy, 07 - 215/45/R17, the first question is what is the best colour of wheels? I wanted to get black but they don't look very good on the black car...

Can you advice something? Thanks in advance.

Posted this few years ago, now I have black wheels and I really enjoy how they look. But still searching to buy either OZ, either some Rial or BBS...

Stupid question probably, heard it discussed but no definitive answers or pics:

Will the BBS RC wheel from a VW fit out cars? The bore is 1mm off (larger i believe) and the offset makes the wheel stick towards the fender a bit more but I am liking the look and the price.

Anyone? Would love to see a pic, saw some on a WRX but not a legacy. Would love to know if they work

I cringe whenever I drive over a bit of gravel, I don't know how you guys drive on roads like that. I mean, of course Subaru's have WRC heritage, but those cars are modified with protective undertrays aren't they?

Man.. this thread is really helpful. Variety really IS the spice of life. I'm thinking I'm going to keep the stock rims for my 05, and put winter tires on it (I live along the coast in CT), and get some nicer rims and put summer/all-season tires on that. The only other mod I'd wanna do is lower it an inch or so, and maybe get some 18's and widen the tread an inch (to 8").. at least for the winter tires. I don't know.. so many things to consider!!

That's exactly what I did when I bought the car new; put snows on the factory wheels and the following Spring bought BBK RKs for the summer. Still have that setup.

By the way, you want to keep as narrow a tread as possible for snow tires. That gives you the best traction in snow and prevents the tires from "tobogganing" over the top of the snow (the winter equivalent of hydroplaning).

For those interested, I went with the Bridgestone 245s and they fit perfectly. No fender work needed, no rubbing. Car is on RCE Tarmac 1 coilovers.

..my ADR flite5's do not fit the Legacy. They'll fit a cavalier real nice though.

Anybody have a Cavalier and want nice wheels?

That statement is quite incorrect. The ADR's not only fit but look good. Too bad I had to dip them due to clearcoat peel.

Correction - They rub just a little bit when you jump the car.

My wheels aren't on the list

Rota G-force, 18x8.5, +48, not sure of the weight. Lowered ION springs/Koni Struts, no rubbing with either 225/40 or 235/40, no fender work.

Found another set. Not too surprising as they are almost identical in offset to our OE wheels. The hub is a different size up front but other than that they look decent!
