Hoojammyflip
Hi I have been looking at using the android Torque app and a bluetooth transmitter on my 2004 JDM twinscroll Legacy. It gets as far as seeing the ECU and reports OK - but the car icon stays black and I don't get any readings at all. So the first question is - is the JDM vesion OBD2 compliant? Thanks
LegacyDan
Yes I have used eBay obd2 cable on my usb many times. Never used a Bluetooth single and torque app with it though. Its on my to do list. What dongle did you get?
Hoojammyflip
Hi Dan... It's this one... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/220889426250 the guy seems to have a good policy with returns. I obviously needed to check everything else that I could first before exhanging BT module. So if OBD2 is enabled then that's one thing ticked So next - will the EcuTek remap have any influence on whether the device can connect to the ECU?
