homegrwn97
HI PPL, I just want to know if anyone has any pics of their legacy with the 04 STi BBS rims with AND without any aftermarket springs and/or shocks/struts. I want to get these rims but I really dont want to lower it due to the fact that my previous car was dropped and the ride quality decreased in comfort. I just I want to know if I can pull off the look without dropping it and keep the same ride hight and comfort. Any advice, comments, or experiences are welcome! Thanks in advance!!!! ejoy1220
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o145/ejoy1220/2.jpg It's riding on coilovers, which I have since increased the ride height, and it still looks just as good, but you get the idea. GO FOR IT! The BBS STi rims look great on these cars

hal9e3
So, correct me if I'm wrong, but these wheels are 17x7.5, +48 offset right? Also, how shiny is the silver finish? Is it the 'usual' painted silver finish or is more of a polished finish?
BuruLGT
So, correct me if I'm wrong, but these wheels are 17x7.5, +48 offset right? Also, how shiny is the silver finish? Is it the 'usual' painted silver finish or is more of a polished finish? Offset is +53. I wouldn't say the finish is shiny. It's not all that different from the finish on the stock LGT wheels. BuruLGT
17x8 '04s were 17 x 7.5", '05-07s were 17 x
LowFast
Really? Wow learn something new every day. I always thought all STI's had the 8 inchers.
hal9e3
Well, that's a double dealbreaker. 7.5 means 235s really won't work per Xenonk's FAQ and the finish is no improvement over my BBS RKs.

KayGT
if you don't want to lose comfort while lowering go with the cobb springs. Almost like stock from what they say.

EL PAALO
lighter than rk's and a 225/45 17 fits them great as opposed to 7" wheels.
