The main reason I wanted a Subaru is to tote along my skis, kayaks, canoes...etc. I am having a heck of a time finding the cross bars that fit this rack. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Heytiggr Posted February 28, 2014 Share Posted February 28, 2014 I have Yakima racks on my 2005 wagon with the same stock side rails. Just go to Yakima.com and Fit Your Car. I think the imortant part is called "Rail Grab" then you use their standard bars. (It has been a while since I bought mine and I am not at home to double check). elightbo Posted March 1, 2014 Share Posted March 1, 2014 I picked up my cross bars from my local Subaru dealership. They're the square Thule bars, and I believe I paid $125 for them. The aero-style Thule bars were available for a while in Canada. After doing some research and contacting a dealership there it turns out they're not available any more.
