1454
Or so I believe. It happens only on and off throttle, but not during cornering. That is why I'm posing it as a question. It only happens when I release the clutch to start, or I am off throttle or back on throttle. Next, there is a weird dash chirp that has started, I was thinking it was loose plastic maybe, but I was wondering if anybody else had experienced this. last, if my CV's are bad, can someone recommend some that are bulletproof and solid for greater HP? Max Capacity
Most likely its the Sway bar end links. Subaru's are noted for that. I used a cut off wheel to remove the POS OEM one's. Then I installed Perrin Solid end linds. It's a easy job if you have a cut off wheel. The dash noise, I have stuffed some 1/4" black foam in between the glass and the dash where I hear the noise. THere is a thread about how to tighten the screws but it's a lot of work. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it. Engine Build - Click Here

AZP Installs
It's likely the end links as max said. I prefer the Kartboy Endlinks because they have less of a propensity to corrode than the ones with the heim joints in them. Oh and cause Tom from Kartboy is an oldschool subie guy! -mike http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/91072632.jpg http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/133406601.jpg AIM: AZP Installs | E-mail: paisan@azpinstalls.com | 725 Fairfield Ave | Kenilworth, NJ 07033 | T-1 Certified Amsoil Dealer "Race Tested, Enthusiast Approved!"
