As the title states I wrapped my wings in 3M 1080 Matte Black Vinyl, I really didn't want to paint so I figured I'd use my left over vinyl :D

What a great idea! Where does one get the vinyl to use? Did you take other pics to maybe do a "how to" to make sure no wrinkles or anything when the vinyl is applied?

As for the wrinkles, I used to heat gun to warm up the vinyl before I applied it and then stretched the vinyl over working from the middle outwards.

For those of you who want the look but don't know a thing about vinyl, Plastidip does the same thing, is completely removable, and takes about 5 minutes to apply and 20 to dry. Oh, and it costs like $4 for a can that'd cover your whole hood. You can get it Home Depot in the spray paint section.
