I am for sure going to offer the reverse cutout, and will probably offer a few other variants. And also what about the headlight signals? I'd like to tint all that if possible so lemme know if you plan on doing all that as I'll probably buy it all. zag300zx Posted July 22, 2009 Author Share Posted July 22, 2009 Tail Lights will be done in a few days, by Friday for sure. Headlights I doubt I will get done any time soon, don't have an 08 I can work off of. I can sell you raw material for them if you want to make your own. I have lots of scraps. Side mirrors are a different animal. They are tough to put on pre-cut, so I can supply a strip of material that will cover enough and you would have to trim to fit. CasopoliS Posted July 22, 2009 Share Posted July 22, 2009 Ok I will definitely buy a set. I saw some on an 05-07 the other day and they are awesome. I definitely want the reverse cut-out. Trust me guys, the tinted red next to the bright clear reverse light looks sweet.... I just saw a car this way. A full tint just looks too typical... a lot of people do this and some manufacturers provide this option from the factory. Tinting just the red portion is very unique and looks nice. Plus I think the clear "bling" of the taillight matches the chrome along the bottom of the taillight, and the chrome everywhere else. Its more of a "clean" look IMO. I will have to think about the partial reverse cutout- but for right now my vote is for the full reverse cut-out. I want to see an 08-09 with the many holes in the red area too. (options 1 and 2) When you take the lights off, it looks like the chrome strip is held on with a few screws. I plan on taking mine off and hitting it with a few coats of black.
