Stick with the stock manifolds and enjoy "teh rumbel mang" on the cheap. There isn't much to be had from UEL headers, especially on the puny stock turbo. Get yourself some louder mufflers and call it good. Hogzaust will get you your rumble for cents.

3" catback is also overkill on the stock turbo, but at least it won't cost you any spool or lose you any torque.

i havent seen any exhaust smaller than 3 in from the turbo back

unless its smaller at the y pipe.

You're right in that downpipes always seem to be 3", but I specifically mentioned the catback. I'm not convinced an aftermarket catback exhaust of any diameter makes more power on the stock turbo than the stock one. The only restriction most report finding is the Y-pipe, and then only on builds of 300whp or so. Many are running the stock cans at up to or even over 350whp, in combination with a bigger mid/Y-pipe.

the exhaust i bought was 3inch cat back then and i hated it so i just made it full 3inch i dont necessarily need it but thats what i figured would be best
