ih8vtec13
check your headlight housing, I had an issue but it went away and a headlight blew shortly after. When i changed the bulb i noticed that the plug on passengers side was kind fo crispy and flaked away. It still works but i am gonna get it fixed next trip to the dealer

instantfury
how long does it usually stay there?
wngan9447
Is the smell from just outside the car, both inside and outside? Is it coming from the vents as well? If so, on fresh air and recirculating? Lots of items come into play.
instantfury
mostly inside, from the vents, and fresh air, recirc usually cuts it off. the lights werent the prob

If it lingers around, i'd look into it more. Good luck.
