Help with tire rubbing, coming from Rear Left

Ok, so I just lowered my '06 Wagon (Silver) using Tein S-Type Springs, Rolled the fenders and installed 18x8.75 Wheels with 225/40s Tires. (Same exact set-up as my 05 wagon)

I took the car, back to the alignment shop this morning and they were able to duplicate the problem, but not able to give me a solid answer. They did state that, my car does NOT have camber adjustment and that if it did, they could possibly cure the issue.

I didn't have any rubbing problems with this set up on my 05 wagon (Blue), what gives??? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

Option 1: http://www.fredbeansparts.com/whiteline-subaru-legacy-gt-camber-adjustment-kit.html Might not provide enough negative camber.

Option 2: http://www.fredbeansparts.com/whiteline-subaru-legacy-gt-adjustable-rear-control-arms.html Very nice but expensive.

Option 3: Saggy Butt Spacers. Might still rub on big bumps.

All good options.

Each car is manufactured just a little bit differently and or could have been damaged over time and possibly slightly bent something.

i fixed it a bit by bending this piece of metal in more (not the fender) and it rubs less now but if i go lower im gonna have that same problem...

I have an 05 LGT wagon and purchased a set of Varrstoen 18x9.5 wheels. when I put them on I was rubbing in the rear A LOT. I just installed the whiteline rear camber bushings and that has solved my problem for now. After lowering the car more (I am also on BC coirovers) I am rubbing on the front fender liners, which is why I got on here this morning to see if there were any threads or how to's for either removing the fender liners or cutting them so they would be away from the wheels and tires.
