NOICE!!!!

Haha already experiencing the joys of being an outback owner I see :)

What kind of plans?

I like to autocross and I've done one so far with this car, so I'd like to lower it some. But as you can see, I like to play in the dirt a bit, and it's already been jumped, friend driving, with 5 total people, 60mph on back-roads, all 4 tires off the ground, and a nice smooth landing.

So all in all I'd lower it and have the lift spacers for a winter/ rallycross setup. Also thinking of a nice little N/A build. Then again, I need to get my Lincoln back on the road.

Rather new to forum, thought I'd post a picture of the wagon I just picked up about a month ago. All I've done so far is tinted the windows. 1997 Legacy Brighton AWD 5 speed with about 180,000 miles on it.

Sounds like a good time :)

Mine's been sideways of course, but never airborne haha

I think lowering it is a good place to start. Consider uprated breaks too if you're gonna be autocrossing (new pads/rotors).

so I've decided I'm going to start fixing her up... When I first bought her for $600 large rust holes in the roof from the rack which was half there. did a crappy bondo/primer job. Seeing some good stuff already swapped out the coil but that's about it for now...

That thing looks naked without the roof rack.

Yeah wish I could have left it on but it was half rusted off, interestingly enough about the only place on the car with any real rust. I suck at bondo so ended up covering it up with rhino liner which I think turned out fairly well...

First think will be de-ricing it. Stupid led lights and "carbonfiber" stickers.

Can anybody tell me how to take out the vent in the hood so I can get the stickers off?

Also after taking the led's off I went after the lights in the grille, they are wired into the left headlight, I'm sure it would be ok to cut it, but as this is my first Subaru, I thought I'd ask.

Also, the vacuum lines were disconnected. So I just reconnected them.
