busabusa
I'll leave the debate over why this is the best oil to another thread. km580
FYI this is going on through August. I bought 3 jugs today. I'll probably get 3 more in a few days. Can't beat this deal. Fat people are hard to kidnap!!!
ShrinerMonkey
Finally someone has a decent oil deal again. Why does it have to be freakin' Walmart... not sure if I will even go in there to take advantage of this as I really don't need the oil.
LGT Dave
None of the 5qt bottles at my Walmart had the rebates attached. Bummer...
km580
Look around for a display. I looked in the oil isle first and didn't find any, then I found a display with them. BTW the tag says only 2 per household, so if you buy more you'll have to use a diff. address. Fat people are hard to kidnap!!!
MattD
Just picked up 4. 2 for my place, 2 for my parents

pillboy
Thanks for the heads-up on this busabusa. I picked up two jugs last night. Can't do both rebates as each one requires the ORIGINAL receipt. The Walmart promo must have been nationwide since I am in MN. It is still ugly.
TRS
Can't do both rebates as each one requires the ORIGINAL receiptThink he means buy another 5 qt jug and use the direct rebate from Pennzoil.
HansGT
Confirmed MD has the deal too. Picked up two 5Qt. today.
pillboy
Got my third jug to use the Pennzoil rebate. Thanks again. It is still ugly.
ShrinerMonkey
You guys who are double or triple dipping into these Pennzoil rebates might want to be careful. Pennzoil has been known to go after people who violate their rebate rules and the penalties are severe.
HansGT
^ The rebates have limits per household/address/person. (Walmart:2, Pennzoil:1) So your limited. If you work around it such as purchasing the oil with cash (no name on receipt) and fill out the form for your grandmother and her address then you are "cheating" but beating the system. Granny has to change her oil too.
ShrinerMonkey
^^^^ That is why I said to be careful.
HansGT
^ I don't see how they could prove anything with the grandma senerio mentioned above. Now if you send it in with your name repeatedly or under your dogs name for the same address then yes that would be bad....and stupid.
dbrunone
I just got my 2 walmart cards today (in only about 4 weeks!) I think you can only get 2 rebates. The address that you mail the walmart one is the same as the pennzoil one, so it's probably the same rebate system.
busabusa
Yes, I just got my 2 walmart cards on Monday. Adventures in Turbomachinery
