volodyalysak
Short story. After my ej25 rebuilt i had idle issues, my subaru tech cleand throttle body and also he tightened up cam sprockets on the left side. Idle problem was fixed, but car lost 30-40 % of power, like i'm runing wastegate pressure. Turbo spools, but there is no kick to it, it spools steady from 3500 rpm to 5000. Anyone experienced it ??? ripemeat
the cam sprockets bolt to the cam and has a peg in the cam so the sprocket can't slide back and forth. the bolt tightness has no effect on operation unless it's loose and the cam is wobbling around. look elsewhere. Dbl_D718
If the throttle body was cleaned, maybe the TMIC wasn't reinstalled correctly? Big boost leak?
