kscottw
Hey guys, i was wondering if there is a way to loosen the clutch pedal so its not so hard to depress. Id like it a little softer feeling. Is there some kind of spring or engagement that can be loosened?
alpinefun
I would like to know this too. My friend's 2008 Legacy (not GT) feels much softer.
LegacyGT 05
I would suggest getting it checked out now. See my original post here with many problems, one of which was the clutch. When it was replaced (new engine) it was much tighter - turned out it was tightened too much and the clutch burned out within 3k miles. There is no adjustment since it is a hydrolic clutch... RJS5689
To my knowledge there really is no way to adjust it. You really think the clutch on the car is hard to depress?
alpinefun
Yes, it is really hard to depress the clutch and I think it was always like this. As I said I was just recently amazed how effortless you depress the clutch on 2008 Legacy. Different return spring?
