dark_thorns
I had read somewhere that after doing a rebuild that you need to bleed all the air from the coolant system after initial startup? can someone explain?
ThatGuyFromAus
Since you have had the engine out and the radiator disconnected, when you refill the cooling system air pockets can develop which need to be removed after the engine has been started basically you have to keep the engine running till all the air bubbles are gone from the filler. Also a good idea to remove the air bleeder screw on the left of the radiator until coolant comes up through the hole. If the above method fails the burp method will need to be used im not sure on that one someone else will have to fill you in with that one, or just do a search mentioned plenty of times. Hope this helps Also there are many methods that will probably be mentioned basically what ever works along as there is no air bubbles in the system at the end of it
