Dr.Nick
Anyone had this done for a car that didn't come with them? Any idea how much it costs? If professionally done, I assume no reason this should create electrical nightmares?
AkumaMax
lets just say if you saw the DIY guide for replacing them you're better off doing it yourself. It would cost about $1,000 to do it parts included. Wiring to a switch then making sure that they don't overheat. It's a pretty big process for a car that doesn't have them. IanB
$150 plus shipping for parts, install involves removing the seat covers, install pads, replace covers, install switch, wire to a ground, power, and ignition on. Not a big deal. http://fasttoys.net/ca/index.php?cPath=51&osCsid=2e9256d143d79a76bf1e8f944460ec2d
RGwhittenbu
The dealer added them to my WRX - part of the trade, but said it cost about $500 to have them installed. They worked great, actually got hotter than the oem ones.
