Yes there is a rebate on the 07's and if your dealer can find one thats a good deal, however its difficult. I had to special order the 08 2.5i manual in the color I wanted because there were only 2 on the westside of the missisipi. You might just have to get an 08. This is true, I checked with my local subaru this sunday (Crabtree Subaru in Shelton, CT) and verified the $500 dollar discount.
