Saki
I didn't see it quickly - is there a checklist for new buyers of things to look for when buying a used legacy? Thanks,
z28dreams
Not sure if I have too much legacy-specific, but here's a checklist I'd use: - run a carfax, make sure it's not salvage/flood - check to see if owner has the maintenance paperwork - make sure no CEL's are on - be sure to bring a CD and test out the radio - it's an expensive replacement on these cars - check all 4 windows and sunroof As an 07, some service may be coming up - remember that around 30k miles you'll need: - coolant flush - brake fluid flush - trans flush (if auto) - tires probably close to replacing - brakes probably close to replacing Overall, give it a drive and just make sure everything feels all right. The powertrain warranty on these vehicles is good for 5yrs / 60k miles, so even if something major goes wrong you'll be OK.
