Scratches on faux wood

Recommended Posts

They're very light... I'm almost ashamed to admit it.

I was vaccuming the car at one of those $1 spots, and going from one side to another I had a small terry cloth over the dash to avoid such a thing. Well, the terry cloth moved and the vaccuum hose dragged a few hairline scuffs on the faux wood. My carelessness, and now it bothers the hell out of me!

So I'd perhaps call it a scuff vs. a scratch.

Do you think the polish might "buff it out"? How much does the polish run? Do you have a link to the product or would I just order it through you direct?

TIA :)

The Pure Polish should do the trick. I use it to get out scuffs on my cell phone and motorcycle windscreen all of the time. Actually used it to polish and clean up some kitchen counters this weekend as well.

on an 08 this will probably work. When I was reading this I kept thinking "no way.. it'll just turn it orange!" but then I realized you had the more real faux wood.

the 05 faux wood is like.. orange plastic with some black whisps of paint over the top to make it look like wood.
