Canon20D
ZOMG ITS BROKE. So anyway, I noticed today that Ive got a 'dark spot' on my intercooler fins. Its too close to the turbo to not make me nervous. Anyone seen this before? Anything I should check? its got 110K on it, bone stock, and the ELM ODBII sensor I have reports that Im easily making 14psi boost so Im not sure whats up. Thoughts? Canon20D
Degrease it and see if it happens again. I like this. I wiped off a little on the corner of the IC and it seemed very greasy...

FJuan
Wonder if you have a crack there. Take the I/C off and plug one side up, then the other side try to plug it up with an air compressor hose in it. Try pressurizing it to 12 - 14 psi and see if you can feel any air coming out around that area. The tabs on the outside will tend to come loose, if you want to keep the I/C, clamp the tabs back into place and coat them with JB Weld. It's a temp fix. My wife's balls are delicious.
