I'm pretty sure I want to have it low but not like stupidly low I want it to handle well on the roads, the whole offroad thing was like a one time deal I think I'm going to do throttle body spacer and cold air intake within the next few days

Low can be done with some sti struts and springs i believe. I have a set and that's my next mod. I figure if i need more i will get the pink lowering springs. Whiteline has a fair amount of stuff still available. I appreciate my updated bugeye seats and navigation system. Anything's possible with a big enough check. Remember subaru's are like legos, lots of newer oem parts fit.

Nice wagon! I'm a first gen fan.

Is it auto or manual? If it's an auto a fun thing to do is the "Power" mode mod. You ground a pin from the tcu and add a switch which allows access to more aggressive shifting maps. It makes a huge difference and made my SS super quick off the line.

Upgrading the 14" wheels makes our old leggys look nice. I found some cheap '02 WRX wheels for $60, painted them, and wrapped them in nice tires. For lowering I have a set of H&Rs w/KYB-GR2s w/saggy butt spacers. I'm waiting for it to warm up to install them. Not too much of a drop with that setup, about 2".

The stock airbox is the best way to go from what I have heard on this forum.

You are right, lower but not stupid low. Do a hybrid (thanks to research I found). Someone posted in a section about the hybrid intake. Liking the plans though :) I still wanna take mine off road or drifting before I throw I a new differential

Just a suggestion, I would spend some time (if you haven't already done so) on the basic maintenance stuff first: spark plugs, wire set, coil, all filters/fluids, brakes and exhaust. You may discover something that requires more attention and money. At a minimum, it'll get you feeling better about modding once you know you have a strong foundation on which to grow.

Here is an excellent run down from broknindarkagain that can get you thinking:

Good luck and nice work so far.

Thank you I just did plugs and wires and I have an exhaust on the way actually and I deff want to do an msd coil pack and a cold air intake but I've heard maybe a cold air intake isn't the best idea

Do a hybrid, this is based off searching and testimony from people.

As well glad yu got a good base done. I am about to do plugs and wires today, and possibly a coil. I am curious. What ignition parts are you running?
