compsurge Posted July 7, 2011 Share Posted July 7, 2011 Was regular maintenance performed? Is it stock? There may have been some engine issues with '09's, but I can't remember. If I'm not mistaken the 6 speed transmission should be near bulletproof (it's not the same as in the STI, but similar). Check to see if it hits target boost, as not doing so may be indication there is something wrong, or the ECU was recently reset. They don't last very long, so check often. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it.
