Moddiction
I'm just wondering how weak or soft the oem 2008 LGT wheels are. I developed a lot of vibrations accelerating and then also at higher speeds. it was under warranty so I took it back to the dealer I bought it from assuming the wheels were out of balance. Turns out both front wheels had a decent dent in the wheel and the driver side tire had a deep gash by the bend in the tire. I drive on some bumpy roads here in MA but I don't recall ever hitting any noticeably intense pothole or anything. Usually to bend a wheel you notice a huge bang from the hit. So makes me thin either the dent was there already but didn't notice the vibrations or they got worse or the oem wheels are like butter. 12sechatch
takes a huge bang to bend wheels like this. My guess: they were previously bent but within tolerance to balance it out. you then lost a wheel weight which caused you to notice it. you then went to a shop asking, they told you they are bent. Moddiction
Yeah that's what I'm thinking. Dealership have been scum bags the whole time already so wouldn't doubt it. The driver side has a big bend. Flat couple inch section and the tire got gashed in the sidewall there. Not leaking yet but deep. Of course they're denying it all so looks like I got to either get it repaired or buy new wheels. WWW.MODDICTION.COM Moddiction Stainless steel and Titanium shift knobs.
