I'd like to create this thread to show people (especially new people) what's out there for suspension choices and what they can expect out of it. Please don't hesitate to post pics and your thoughts. Add the new EDFC controller for in-car dampening force control. The Comfort Sports include a specially designed reinforced rubber mount for excellent handling and a quiet ride. Picture may vary from actual product. Basics are valved for street use and are an affordable, balanced solution to purchasing shocks and springs or sleeve-type coilovers. Tein Basics feature a steel twin-tube design, with adjustable spring perches and utilize the OEM suspension mounts. Because the Tein Basic coilovers are a complete setup, they offer increased stroke over a stock-type setup or spring and shock package, which increases shock life and prevents the 'bottoming out' associated with traditional lowering springs. IDK, what I do know is that they are the cheapest coilover kit out for the 4th gen that I've seen yet. I can't quote on quality because I've never used them.
