For Rent Fully Firnished Tolll Brothers Home In Dominion Valley Country Club

Hey Fellas,

 

I am kinda running out of options and need some help from you guys and girls. I will be deploying to Iraq withing the next 5 weeks or so and need to rent my home. The home was appraised at $1.2M back in May and is on over an acre of land in a Gated Golf Course Community.

 

If any of you know of anyone who is looking for a fully furnished Toll Brothers Estate Home please forward this information to them.

Thanks for the comments everyone. The house is being rented for an unbelievable $2500 per month. Everything is include in the rent with the exception of the utilities. Not only that I have a car lift in the garage however it will be locked to prevent usage because of liability issues.

Thanks. I run fully criminal history background checks, 2 credit bureau checks, and a eviction check using tenant verification.com. I have already weeded out one guy who had a rap sheet nearly four pages long. Trust me I am not going to rent to just anyone.

BTW Is it true that PGT(Dan) is trying to work out a deal with you to only rent the garage,kitchen and one small bathroom?

He emailed me about some large install parties(beer,band&food included) that he was planning in the coming months and wanted to know if I was interested.

He was calling it "The Great Eastcoast Installfest and Partswhore Meetup"

is that the going rate out there? that is a deal! does that even cover expenses or wear and tear? put that 1.2 mil.$ home on the north side of Chicago see what they get. oh well good luck. stay focused. bosco

Does not cover my expenses it'll save me about 36K a year which would include the utilities.

 

Seems to be the going rate but some do go for more.
