haycock Posted December 27, 2011 Share Posted December 27, 2011 So im installing a up and dp on my wifes 05lgt today and i noticed when i pulled the stock dp off that the door on the wg seemed to be off center of the hole and had about a .250" gap. the side of the door is also rubbing the housing making it kinda sticky when i move it by hand. there is a sleeve that looks to be pressed in the housing that the shaft turns in, i wonder if i can just press the sleave back in a bit... at any rate this doesnt seem right to me so i thought i would ask for your opinions. thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
GTTuner Posted December 27, 2011 Share Posted December 27, 2011 I see this often, you may be able to push the bushing back in but be careful you do not make the WG flapper stick.
