No Power Steering

Drove home today and lost power steering the belt made a loud squeaking noise got home open the hood and notice the serpentine belt is lose. I found a bolt by the alternator that looks like something fell off of it. I attached a picture of this please help. I'm not much of a car mechanic. I have 142,000 miles on it 1998 Subaru legacy

That bolt that your holding is the P/S belt tensioner bolt. Tighten that bolt down until the belt is firm. Then the tighten the little bolt underneath and that will secure the tensioner, so it doesn't come loose. Then you should be ready to go.
