Pavoni8297
I am in the process of getting a newer spec b and am concerned about the seats wearing versus leather. I had 04 STI seats in my WRX and they didn't hold up as well as my 06 brick red seats. Was thinking of throwing on Coverking Poly Cotton Seat Covers anyone use a cover to prevent wear??? rob-2
I've never bothered with seat covers. I feel like they're very similar to a leather car bra. I just use the seats as is. After 140k in one sedan and 112k in the sports car I can tell you my leather Honda seats look great. At 107k in my subi they look lightly worn. I'm a big believer in leather treatments over covers. Drogos
he is asking about alcantara vs. Leather. No issues here at almost 85k. I have tiny rip on driver's seat and it's not on the alcantara part of the seat. There

Drogos
of course. Everyone freak out about how fragile this material is. It's not. I was pretty reasonable when cleaning but it was vacuumed and it was wet cleaned (no detergents). There was some old stain on the back seat that I got out with water and horsehair brush, no problem.
