From what I can see in pics there's no second popout for single exit cars There's a cutout, but no hangers. You can see the cutout on this 2014 2.5i Sport. A little higher dust than stock, but not as bad as track pads. Made a big improvement on the Fozz for sure. Norm Yes, better initial bite, more linear feel and better modulation than standard OE type pads, and no noise at all.
