2010+ CS lip on 2010 LGT

Just wanted to start a documentation on a project that should have been a very bad idea..

So with the limited lip options for 5th Gen Legacies, I wanted to try something different. Bought a WRX CS style 1 replica lip and started seeing how much work it would take to get it to fit.

Lip getting mocked up and glued

So after fabbing up the lip, I felt I needed to strengthen the brackets between some of the pieces (where the silver is seen on the pictures above). I used acrylic sheets to hold everything in place. Then filled each of the pieces with plastic epoxy from JB Weld and sand everything smooth. I need to finish fabbing up the brackets from when I initially cut the lip to fit the contour of the bumper

Looks like it was a shit ton of work. I give you credit for seeing the project through.

Ahah thanks! I definitely had my doubts though. Especially when I started cutting everything in pieces. May want to go a different route if I ever have to redo this lip
