09blkL3g
The Relay harness is connected directly to the battery like it should be. Is it possible that the relay harness it self is bad/faulty? Soon as i turn on the car, the 25a fuse pops..even tried a 30a fuse and same thing..its like the direct connect is having voltage spikes.. 55w HIDs been installed and working for about a good month now, and now this.. ..anyone have similar issues? jhawk222
I'd swap in a new relay because it's the easiest fix. Start your trouble shoot with the relay. It is possible for it to be faulty. I had that same issue once.

BAC5.2
If the fuse blows, it's for a reason. Swapping a bigger fuse in, is stupid. I'd check the relay, and if that doesn't solve it then replace the harness. AZP Installs
As was said, check the relay and also look for a frayed wire going to ground. -mike http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/91072632.jpghttp://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/141039922.jpg http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/133406601.jpg http://upload.pbase.com/image/137566671.jpg 11+ Years Maintaining, Modifying and Educating TriState Subaru Enthusiasts. 09blkL3g
swapped out the relay harness, and everything seems fine.. this time the new ones came with a 30a fuse..turns out my left 55w ballast is out..smh so now gotta wait for that. using a 35w ballast on the left, and a 55w on the right..and i dont see any real difference in output..ill try to get pics
