Can anyone tell me if there was a trim level for the BL/BP chassis that was manual eveything, i.e. windows, door locks, climate control, gearbox, etc? In otherwords, a complete plain jane platform. I'm thinking about putting together a purpose built autoX car, and I love my '06 GT so if I can build a car with the same chassis as I have, I would love that. I had been looking over older models and am partial to the 1st and 2nd generation sedans (so an SS or GT), but I think starting with the more modern car puts me that much further ahead. Before anyone offers to sell me their car, please understand I'm just bench racing at this point, so I'm not in the market. The only thing that would prompt me to buy a car right now is if a clean pre- or post- facelift SS were to pop up for a decent to great price, THEN I couldn't resist.
