OEM XM Satellite Radio Wiring Harness

I recently acquired an XM tuner module (for my 08 radio I swapped in) for a good deal through the Member's Classifieds. Unfortunately, it only came with the tuner and the brackets. I already ordered an antenna here. Now I am having a lot of trouble trying to find the harness that goes from here:

To here:

It is a 20 pin connector of some sort, but that seems to be all the information I have. I may try to buy 2 of these harnesses and splice them together: PAC PGHSB1

...but, I want to find an easier solution. Subaru does not sell the harness alone, they DO sell a hardware kit for about $100, but I don't even know if it includes the wire harness, and it's out of my budget anyways.

Please help in any way possible.

Gotta find pinouts/schematics. More info is needed on the model numbers and manufacturers of the radio AND the XM unit. I'm not saying I know how to figure this out, but there are guys here that do (svxdc is a frickin' BRAIN at this crap--he's helped me out through more install crap than I care to bother you guys with  ).

There's no reason the seller should have left out the harness. Did he say what happened to it?

I'm fairly sure the harness connects the pins straight through (1 to 1, 2 to 2, etc.). I don't think it has wires for all 20 pins. Unfortunately, the Subaru wiring diagrams for the cars don't include accessories like these.

I've looked through the pictures I've collected, but don't have any of the sat tuner cable. I think somebody posted one recently on one of the many Subaru forums, but I haven't found it.

I could probably take one of those PAC cables and replace the socket with another plug. It would be nice to know which pins aren't needed, though, to save a little time.

One of my local suppliers stocks PAC products. When I get a chance, I'll see if they have that cable.

Ok, that would be great if you could look into that for me. I got this tuner module for a very good deal, and the seller was selling it because it came with his 08 radio he bought to swap in to an 05-06 (I did the same swap), but he had no use for satellite radio as he was using the iPod adapter. Obviously, whatever salvage yards are selling these radios would probably just disconnect any harness from the back and scrap it.

I managed to get my hands on another XM radio with a harness. I am now trying to sell the module without the harness. But that doesnt mean I dont still want to provide information in this thread. I have posted detailed close-ups of the OEM harness for further inspection:

Full Harness:

Hopefully a cheaper solution can still be found.

Nice to hear that. I see you're quite knowledgeable in these areas. I'm searching for pinouts for all of the rear panel connectors. I swear I had seen a post with those. Would you mind pointing me in the right direction?

Just found them. They're off site: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=749402 Thanks.

Oh, and it definitely looks like the OP was correct in being able to buy a couple of the PGHSB1 harnesses and splicing them together.

I know this is an old thread, but in case someone like me is looking; I can confirm that you can take a couple of PGHSB1 harnesses and splice the two 20-pin male connectors together (pin for pin) and it works. I just did it. Yeah, satellite radio from a 10 year old stereo.
