Eibach Operation of Hope Benefit Track day- Chuckwalla Raceway

Friday December 20th.

Hello drivers,

 

Thank you all for signing up for our event this Friday at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway! We have a fairly light group signed up so we can expect to get lots of seat time all day long. We will be splitting everyone into two run groups: Novice and Open Passing. We will allow for 30 minute run group sessions all day long. This will give everyone plenty of time to play with different settings and enjoy the track.

 

The gates will open at 7am and we will have sign-in/registration from 7am to 8am at the Eibach booth. The mandatory drivers meeting will be at 8:30am under the large canopy and we will have the first Open Passing group go out on track by 9am. We will have the Open Passing group out every hour on the hour and the Novice group will go out every hour on the half hour.

 

Below is a quick itinerary for the day’s events:

 

- 7:00am - arrive and check-in.

- 8:30am - drivers meeting.

- 9:00am – first session begins.

- 11:30am – lunch.

- 12:30pm – track is hot again.

- 4:00pm – event ends.

- Passengers are welcome but they must sign a waiver and wear a helmet.

- The concession stand is closed, so be sure to bring your own lunch, snacks and water.

- This is not a timed event, so transponders will not be available for rent.

- Be safe and cautious in and around the pits.

- If you have any friends that would like to register there is still plenty of room.
