lanceth101
Hey guys i have a 4 speed 2009 Suabru Legacy 2.5i Special Edition... i bought the car with 30,000 miles at 31,000 miles i was expieriencing lock up shudders from the trans.. i took it in 3 times and the dealership "failed" to duplicate symptoms so i sued them and settled with a 100,000 miles 7 year Gold warranty... then i took the car in again and they replaced the torque converter.... but im still getting buzzing sounds and RMP surging while accelerating and gearbox clicks when the car downshifts from second into first.... anybody know what can cause this if they already replaced the torque converter or what i should say or do when i bring it back to the dealer tomorrow??? i really love this car i dont want to trade it in or sell it i just want it fixed.. lanceth101
or is there another part of the transmission that can cause the torque converter to act up since its already been replaced?..

fishbone
Seeing there is a past lawsuit involved I'd be talking to your lawyer first for advice how to proceed, or take it in to a shop.
