06_legacygt Posted February 19, 2012 Share Posted February 19, 2012 the cold air intake will do something but it will be minimal at best. if you want to do something to a 2.5i legacy then stick with suspension and exterior stuff to spruce it up a little. as far as an STI goes I feel they are a little over priced. That being said I am totally in love with the new 5 door STI and hope to acquire one after my legacy is paid off. cseagle08 Posted February 21, 2012 Share Posted February 21, 2012 My friend and I put a cold-air intake on his '06 impreza 2.5i. It sounded like a lawn mower afterwards.
