samcuomo
So I got tired of there not being an STi style LGT logo, so I started to work on one. I'd like to get your opinions too as well. So let me know what you guys think or if I should add/remove anything! Thanks P.s. When I export the image from illustrator it kills quality. The vectors are high resolution though! http://i39.tinypic.com/2qth0g8.jpg It's a work in progress, so don't be too rough on me!
Eliott
3d print some badges! The last one is sick.
Nrw
Looks like they say "let" IMO
Duker
Yeah, I agree that they kinda look like they say "LET". Just need to make the G look a bit more like a G. The last one is really good though.
samcuomo
I wish I had a 3d printer to make badges. Hahaha But I've noticed it kind looks like let as well. It think if I change it so the t doesn't meet with the G it should fix that problem. I'll post the updated one as soon as it's finished!
discojon
You need to stick with all caps.
Nubie
I think its a very very good start! Excited for this. Im sure we can get a group buy together and have them printed. http://fanboygaming.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/shut-up-and-take-my-money.jpeg
samcuomo
I'm still experimenting. The original one had all the letters the same size and it looked weird. But that was with a completely different T. I'll make one to show you. Anyways! http://i40.tinypic.com/o03pyu.jpg I fixed the Let problem for the most part. FocuS
You could always rent some time on a 3D printer...? There are some "maker" spaces in Seattle with everything you need and different printers. GL PS - I'd be in for one if they get made!
JmP6889928
Needs to be LGt (LG in caps and t in non cap) similar to STi.. Maybe if you make the L and G the same height and then lower the t? VERY cool idea though. ^
samcuomo
Well, technically the T is lowercase. I went off of an STi vector and basically used the I for the T. Hahaha. I get what you're saying though. I tried it at one point and it just looked weird. I blame it on the G, it gave me all sorts of trouble with alignment because I had to make it from scratch. turboboost
I like where this is headed. I do agree that the first batch look a lot like "LET" though.
Max Capacity
May be something like a simple GT is better. http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x40/92Si/DSCN5332_zpsece808a0.jpg 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. samcuomo
I actually did make just a GT at first when I was using a 90 degree T, which looked sweet. We could always do those too.
benfrancis
Well whenever you have a design that we can order let us know. I'll buy a couple in a sec. I was planning a re/de-badge anyhow!
JmP6889928
OK then....how about LGt with the LG slanted and the t straight?

samcuomo
I did it with the straight T for you, but I'm iffy about it. http://i41.tinypic.com/xbdaja.jpg
Nubie
I think you should do something like "discojon" did with MS paint. Specifically with the G, the L and T look good to me but the G does not.
JmP6889928
OK....let's try again then. How about LGt similar to this? Make the LG straight and slant the t?

I think it looks cool with the t sort of separated.
Max Capacity
OK then....how about LGt with the LG slanted and the t straight?
