Noise coming from Passenger side front wheel

Recommended Posts

I have an 05 legacy gt and have been hearing a noise coming from what sounds like the Passenger side front wheel. This sound happens when the tire is spinning freely on snow with me giving it gas. The sound almost has that ABS pulsing sound when it happens. It only happens when I turn the wheel (I believe to the left) I'm not sure if its a differential or cv shaft.

Anyone have any issues with something like this before?

Front wheel bearing/hub assembly. Only replace it with a OEM one. Read the DIY on front wheel bearings.

I mean I've heard a wheel bearing before on several cars because of how hard I corner in them..... this sounds literally like ABS/grinding. Not a hum.... its more happens when I spin the tires as well, which I'm guessing would have less weight on the bearing at that time since I'm sliding and not grabbing traction.

Edit: sorry, thank you for the welcome.
