Squeaking from rear wheels, road noise and white smoke

I searched through a lot of threads about my problems, but it I'm still having trouble understanding what is wrong. I have a 2005 legacy GT with 117,000 miles.

1st problem - It all started with with a rubber burning smell that comes around when I start car and when when I come to stops. I even get white smoke in the cabin sometimes, one time it came posting out if my vents like I was a gas chamber.

2nd - I have a rear passenger side squeaking sound coming from the tire, it started on when I was turning slowly, progressed to when I was even going straight. It is kinda inconsistent, but appears to be getting worse.

3rd - my road noise is noticeably louder and the ride it rougher. I have new Nitto Motivo tires, but it seems to loud and rough for the tires to be culprit.

I know I need new brake pads, but I don't think that's the problem? Maybe rear wheel bearings? Power steering, cv boot?

White smoke is most likely a leaky coolant line to your turbo. If not that it could be the CV on the right front but not if it's white.

Squeak sound, hard to diagnose, could be related to #3 which sounds like a wheel bearing which is very common on these cars to be replaced.
