kelven
I have done my research and found the brightest for reversing light is CREE LED, like this: http://www.retrosolutionsllc.com/servlet/the-490/5W-CREE-LED-REVERSE/Detail. However, I could only see other member here tested with a sedan, like in here: http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/bright-leds-reverse-lights-162933.html?t=162933 I have a BP wagon. I am not sure the reflector on the wagon would have the same effect as on the sedan. Any other wagon owner knows the effect of such CREE LED bulb? Any other LED suggestion that fit my need? I want bright back up light, not for cosmetic reason. Please advice.

metsfan999
anyway we can use these cree led bulbs as our brake lights?
mk6933
No, I don't recommend that it should be use for anything except reverse. The reason being is due to the amount of heat it build up.

metsfan999
what about for tail light turn signals? they do in fact have dual circuit 7443 cree led bulbs from autolumination.com. just wanted to know if anyone has tried them.
kelven
I finally got mine from autolumination. I am satisfied by the brightness of the bulb. However, when combined with the lens. It is much less useful due to the light pattern that actually shine on the road. I am sure it would be a perfect match for those with clear lens, like last gen Mazda3, Toyota Matrix, last gen Lexus IS
metsfan999
^ which CREE from autolum did you get? backup light, or turn signals?
