Pull the negative battery cable and step on the brake a few times also works or leave the cable off for about 15 minutes. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. xt2005bonbon Posted February 9, 2015 Share Posted February 9, 2015 Only downside is that the battery/brake trick will reset your ECU as well. So it'll have to relearn again.
