This is for anyone who is is interested in doing an 05, 06, 07 facelift to the 08, 09 front end. I have been curious about the idea of doing this (I'm not into the JDM look). I like these kind of projects, and I am sharing my research for the rest of the gang! I may compile these parts at some point, anyhow to the interested .....your welcome. Otherwise, looks about right." blongo, did you have to get the 08-09 energy absorber foam, or the aluminum impact beam or both? They *seemed* to fit the '05 bumper but part numbers being different, we just got the newer ones since they were relatively cheap. Wheels pictured above are wheels no one should get for their LGT unless they want to get into that camber game. XXR 530 18x8.75 +20 offset. scobaru5 Posted October 12, 2013 Share Posted October 12, 2013 I've done the swap also and compared metal beams. the 05-07 is longer you might be able to get away with cutting it down to size with a long sawzaa the foam is for sure different too.
