MYjdm
I recently replaced the head gaskets on my 97 outback 2.5. I now have random lights coming up on dash and the fuel pump runs with no key in. I am getting no spark when trying to turn it over. I have checked and rechecked the connections and cannot find anything disconnected. any ideas would be appreciated.

MYjdm
Does anyone know how many connections there are off the intake I just wonder if there is something I missed. I don't want to pull the intake back off but I might have to if theres a hidden one.

travgag
no spark, well for spark you need power to the coil pack, and a reference on the crank and cams, make sure those sensors are in place and plugged in, try adding a temporary ground to the intake or something might be throwing all the sensors off
