Shamrock83
Not sure if this is the correct place to post this. I just purcased a 2010 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Premium today and like many of you on this site I enjoy maintaining my own vehicle versus paying out the a** at the shop. What is a great DIY manual for the 2010 Legacy? For my past vehicles I have used Haynes, Chilton, and even a factory service manual for my last nissan 240sx. Each is good for certain cars so I wanted to get people's opinion here. Thanks, J
NJLGT
They don't appear to be out yet but pick up the Haynes manual when they come out for the 2010's... my one friend has them for all of his cars and they are great.
vanstelp
Which one is more detailed; Haynes or Chilton? I need to pick one up for my CR-V and wanted to get the best bang for the buck since they both run about the same price.
ShrinerMonkey
I believe Haynes and Chilton manuals are identical from what I remember, so get whichever is less expensive.
vanstelp
Cool, well I found one for like $15 on Craig's List. Hope it is detailed enough to help me replace my clutch.
