SnoDork
Anyone in the truckee area?? Need to ask you some questions about the area...going on a golf trip in May. PM me if you can help! THanks ~Sucka-Duck~
Wang Lung
I don't live in Truckee, but I occasionally play golf there. May is typically best for rates because the courses are just opening up and are in relatively poor condition. Coyote Moon is the best public track. If you can get on Lahontan or Martis Camp, let me know, as I would humiliate myself in horrible ways to play those courses. No golf trip to this area is complete without playing Edgewood Tahoe. http://www.edgewoodtahoe.com/images/stories/galleries/photos/golf/14thArial.jpg
SCSpecB
Couple of friends got married at Edgewood a couple years ago....good times, good course.
wpmarky
that's gorgeous. Wang, I am working on a bachelor party to reno in March. Are the courses still covered in snow/slush at that time?
JJr
Reno course's should be fine in March, you can play most courses right now, Tahoe-Truckee are a different story.

wpmarky
Thanks. We're trying to do more outdoors stuff, fishing, atv'ing, etc. Then probably at least 1 night of casino's and clubbing. If you guys have any recommendations, i'd love to hear it.
Wang Lung
Good for you. Holing up in a casino with bad air and stuffing yourself silly with food and booze is fun, for a little while. Combine that with some fresh air and you'll have a good time.
