They hold up well to abuse, last between 5 to 8k miles and have great heat capacity. Z-MAX WORKS!!! http://www.zmax.com/layout/feature1.jpg I use baking soda water for my engine, it cleans out all the sludge better than any snake oils you can find ( motul, mobil, redline, amsoil...)
