Assuming this is a legitimate post. We recommend Amsoil, Redline, Motul, Rotella as good synthetic performance oils. They hold up well to abuse, last between 5 to 8k miles and have great heat capacity. Biggest thing is always check your oil level and make sure you are up on your oil change intervals.

I use baking soda water for my engine, it cleans out all the sludge better than any snake oils you can find ( motul, mobil, redline, amsoil...) On top of that, virgin unicorn piss is always my choice for the track days. It dessipates heat very well.
