what seats fit 05lgt? ie sit lower?

Looking for more headroom. Want to find seats that would sit lower and further back.

Would wrx seats sit higher or lower?

The older STI seats will fit as well as the newer WRX and STI seats. I believe there are threads about both. I do not know how much lower they sit though.

If you have power seats, they sit higher than the manual seats. If you have manual seats, and they are still too high, you may have to modify your rails or remove a few vertabrae. The 05-07 STI seats are about the same height as the LGT manual seats. The newer 08 and up seats, I have no idea.

I have power seats. So if i get 04 wrx seats those will sit a bit lower? Any further back? Direct bolt in? Also my seats have airbags. Do any wrx seats have side airbags?

Sorry for all the questions. id rather get some bolt in seats then spend hours modifying.

FWIW I just snagged some '02 WRX seats and they are pretty low. I was toying with throwing them in the LGT to see but I like my heaters, lol.

Hey Seat people I have a question too.. would love to have 06 tan leather wrx limited front seats in my obxt... I used the "google" and couldn't find any info on it.. anyone heard of people attempting this? thanks,
